Order, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy for AshRez

Ashrez.com Order Policy


1. Order Confirmation and Payment


1.1. Advance Delivery Charge: Orders must be confirmed by remitting the delivery charge in advance. The product price is paid through the "Cash on Delivery" system. 


1.2. Variable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary based on product, weight, and size. Refer to the checkout page for specific delivery charges. 


1.3. Accepted Payment Methods: Delivery charges must be confirmed in advance via MFS services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Currently, only bKash is accepted on the website for advance delivery charge payments.


2. Purchase Limits and Delivery Charges


2.1. Order Quantity: Customers can purchase a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 products per order. Delivery charges for more than 5 products will increase progressively. 


2.2. No Subsequent Changes: Customers cannot make changes to the order after receiving the digital slip of order confirmation.


3. Special Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy (This facility can be availed only by confirming the order through our Facebook Page/Instagram/WhatsApp)


3.1. COD Eligibility: After remitting delivery charges in advance for 3 orders from a specified ID, customers can use the full "Cash on Delivery" system for future orders. 


3.2. Eligibility Requirements: Customers must complete delivery of all 3 orders to be eligible for the full COD system. No canceled orders are allowed within these 3 orders.


3.3. Order Acceptance: If a customer cancels or does not accept any of the 3 orders, they must complete 3 consecutive accepted orders to regain COD eligibility. 


3.4. COD Reversion: If a customer confirms an order under the full COD system and subsequently does not accept it after dispatch, they must remit delivery charges in advance for the next 3 orders.


4. Voluntary Full Payment


4.1. Advance Full Payment: Customers may choose to pay the full price, including delivery charges, in advance.


5. Limited Stock Products


5.1. First-Confirmed, First-Delivered: For limited stock products, delivery is prioritized for the customer who confirms the order first.


6. Order Delivery Time


6.1. Within Dhaka: Delivery takes a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 15 days. 


6.2. Outside Dhaka: Delivery takes a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 days.

Ashrez.com Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns


1.1. Product Receipt: Customers cannot apply for a return without first receiving the product. 


1.2. Return Window: Returns can be requested within 48 hours of product receipt, provided proper information and proof are given.


2. Return Conditions


2.1. Return Time Frame: Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this period, returns are not accepted. 


2.2. Acceptable Return Reasons: Returns are only accepted for internal and external product issues. Returns due to "change of mind" are not permitted.


3. Return Application Process


3.1. Video Proof Requirement: Customers must create a video of at least 1 minute showing the product from the moment of opening the package. This video must be sent at our customer service via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Customer Support Mail.


3.2. Invoice Visibility: The invoice or slip accompanying the product must be clearly visible in the video. 


3.3. Product Visibility: The product must be clearly shown in the video. 


3.4. Physical Damage: If the product is damaged during the video or checking process, returns cannot be requested. However, products damaged during delivery can be returned.


4. Return Process


4.1. Collection by Delivery Agent: If the return is accepted, our delivery agent will collect the product from the customer's specified address. If collection is not possible, the customer must send the product to our address via courier. 


4.2. Quality Check: Upon receipt, our Quality Check Team will inspect the product. If defects are found, the customer will receive a refund for the product price.


5. Refund Policy


5.1. Failed Quality Check: If the product fails the quality check, the customer will receive a refund for the product price. The delivery charge will be adjusted against the customer's next order, confirmed through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).


5.2. Passed Quality Check: If the product passes the quality check, it will be returned to the customer. No further return requests for the product will be accepted.


6. Return Processing Time


6.1. Within Dhaka: Return processing takes between 7 and 15 days.


6.2. Outside Dhaka: Return processing takes between 15 and 30 days.

1.1. Advance Delivery Charge Refund: If a customer pays the delivery charge in advance and we fail to complete the delivery, the delivery charge will be refunded. 


1.2. Full Payment Refund: If a customer confirms an order with full payment in advance and we fail to deliver, the full amount will be refunded.


2. Product Quality Check


2.1. Failed Quality Check: If a product fails the quality check by our Quality Check Team after being returned, the customer will be refunded the product price.


2.2. Delivery Charge Adjustment: For returned products, only the product price will be refunded. The delivery charge will be adjusted against the customer’s next order.


3. Refund Method


3.1. MFS Services: Refunds will be made through MFS services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.


4. Order Cancellation Policy


4.1. Non-Refundable Delivery Charge: If a customer cancels the order during the delivery process after paying the delivery charge in advance, the delivery charge is non-refundable.


4.2. Refundable Delivery Charge: If a customer cancels the order after confirming it and paying the delivery charge in advance, but before the delivery process has commenced, the delivery charge will be refunded. 


4.3. Partial Refund for Full Payment: If a customer confirms an order by pre-paying the full amount and cancels the order after the delivery process has started, only the product price will be refunded, excluding delivery charges.
